I have developed a series of circuits and printed circuit boards to address
common needs of DIY home automation and environmental instrumentation. Most were
developed using EAGLE schematic and board editor from Cadsoft
www.cadsoftusa.com. They offer a free
version for non-commercial use that can be used for PCB's up to 100
x 80mm (1/2 Euroboard size). This is sufficient for many purposes. I have also
developed some larger boards but where practical, have divided them such that
they could be worked on in 1/2-Euroboard increments / sizes.
PCB fabrication is available from many sources. One that is convenient for
use with euroboards is www.olimex.com. They
also provide pre-built project boards for PIC, Basic Stamp. AVR and BASICX
microcontrollers that are used by others such as

4-input Analog
conditioning buffer with 1-wire support
This page describes the most comprehensive of a family of analog input
conditioning boards.
 | Provides buffered input and output for four analog (0-10vdc, user
settable), CMOS, and(or) TTL signals |
 | Optional gain for each channel can be set separately |
 | Optional individual volaage and power regulators for all four channels |
 | Optional 12db/octave input noise filter |
 | Flexible connectors allow for soldering, screw-mount, RF-45 and(or)
connection to mother or daughter boards |
 | Optional Parallel connection for Maxim 1-wire devices including four
analog-to digital converters, dual counters with memory and temperature.
|
 | 1-wire counter can be used for pulse-output sensors with wide dynamic
range such as the SAMES AC power
sensor project described elsewhere on the site and
Taos
Light-To-Frequency sensors, and to track and monitor discrete events such as from
motion detectors |
 | Optional pike and over-voltage input protection for analog and 1-wire
